TAS designs and manufactures high efficiency, modular cooling and energy systems for the commercial and industrial markets. We utilize highly engineered standard product designs, modular construction techniques and factory manufacturing IS0 9001:2000 quality processes to build chilled water and clean heat and power energy systems. Our systems are recognized for quality construction, high reliability and industry leading operating efficiency.TAS highly engineered chilled water plants offer building owners and Facility Managers flexibility in satisfying cooling needs with compact, efficient and cost effective modular systems, which are designed for lowest life cycle cost performance. Individual TAS chilled water systems range from 200 to 8000 tons.
A key growth market for TAS is district cooling, in which single or multiple “centralized cooling plants” generate chilled water in support of comfort cooling requirements for a campus of buildings or multi-use development complex. TAS district cooling projects range from 2900 tons to 120,000 tons.
TAS also engineers and manufactures modular boiler plants. Providing both packaged heating and cooling systems allows our customers to completely eliminate the facility’s footprint from their new building design, or use the existing facility’s footprint for revenue generation purposes. Our packaged boiler plants are engineered to customer specification.
Clean heat and power (CHP) systems represent a growth market for both on-site and district energy systems. CHP, which can be a key component for a distributed generation system, utilizes thermal energy waste heat as the primary energy source to generate both hot and chilled water for commercial, large residential and industrial applications.
