Our Mission

We are working hard each and every day to build a business that we all can be proud of, one that is differentiated by the talent and integrity of our people. We will utilize the expertise of our people to develop products, services and creative offerings that bring real value to our customers. We will remain focused on the life-cycle benefits our customers achieve through our products and services and not simply focus on "first cost". We will always consider our customer's perspective first, working tirelessly to determine how they measure their success, and how our products can enhance that customer success.

Even in this age of ever increasing technology, it is still people that make this technology come to life - and our focus will be to locate, motivate, and retain the best talent in the world. Our mission is to be the leading provider of packaged modular energy solutions for the power, process, and HVAC industries. We will accomplish this by living our core values and dedicating ourselves to providing long term value to our customers.

Our Values

At TAS, we will constantly strive to differentiate our business by hiring the best talent for every position, surrounding them with a positive team-based environment focused on continuous process improvement, and asking them to “reach for the sky” without fear of falling short.  We are a business that benefits greatly from our diverse pool of talent. This talent, and our combined experience, will translate into real value for our customers.

We have defined our core values.  These values are the backbone of our corporate culture, and they govern the way that we work each day.  Each of us has the responsibility to hold others accountable for adhering to and respecting the following principles:

Safety
Whether it is proactively creating a safe environment in our manufacturing facilities, or protecting our employees as they travel around the globe working with customers, we will ensure that safety is in the forefront of our minds in all that we do.  In addition, our engineering and manufacturing teams will constantly strive to design and build our products to ensure that they can be operated and maintained in a safe manner.

Integrity
Quite simply - we will not define success without integrity.  Each of us will approach business decisions and actions guided by sound personal and professional ethics.  We will consistently behave in a way to earn the trust and respect of our customers, alliance partners, and each other through honest and open dealings and following through on commitments.

Teamwork
Each TAS team member will feel empowered to make a difference in all that we do.  Our culture will be to encourage all team members to contribute their energy, ideas and skills to achieve our mission.  We will define our goals as an organization, break these goals down by function, and then break these functional goals down further to each individual.  In short, every member of TAS will understand how their individual goals link to the corporation’s goals.  

We will make it a habit to celebrate our successes and those of our customers and partners, but remain humble as we grow.

Customer Passion
We will not work in a vacuum, but rather will work proactively with our customers to provide creative solutions tailored to their needs.  We will anticipate our customers’ needs.  We will work hard to build long-term relationships based on trust, respect and honesty with the goal of exceeding our customer’s requirements in the most efficient manner possible - and constantly strive to improve their satisfaction.

Growth
All TAS team members will strive to grow the value of the company.  We will not pursue this growth for the sake of growth only, but rather grow with a common purpose of making the markets we serve stronger as a result of our presence.

In addition, TAS team members will pursue their own professional growth.  TAS will support this personal pursuit - with the long-term goal of enhancing both the value of our team and the value of the company - we will always view this as a “two way” partnership.
