Custom Engineered Systems

In addition to designing, manufacturing and servicing highly engineered standard chilled water systems ranging from 200 to 8000 tons for individual units, TAS will custom engineer commercial and industrial cooling, heating or energy systems to customer specification.  While TAS’ standard products offer the advantage of repeatable product designs, superior quality and component volume purchasing, there are situations in which customers have unique requirements for mission critical, environmental or operational considerations.  

TAS’ custom engineering experience spans chilled water and air-cooled plants, heating/boiler systems, industrial refrigeration systems and on-site energy systems.  Our engineering team consists of Applications Engineers; mechanical, electrical and civil engineers and Project Engineers who support both project installation and commissioning.  TAS works directly with facility owners and managers, the owner’s engineering firm or the owner’s designated general contractor in defining and executing project specific custom requirements.
